Artwork Information:
· We suggest no less than 150 DPI at full size. If your artwork at a reduced scale, please increase resolution accordingly to allow for enlargement (for example at half size, double the resolution).
File Transfer:
· Please upload the files to our FTP (plase contact us for the FTP details)
· Please upload the files to your own FTP so that we can download from it.
· Plesae send the files by email (if less than 5M) or via other file transferred websites.
Lead Time:
· 1 set 3 days
· 50 sets only frames: 1 week
· 50 sets frames with graphics: 10 - 15 days
Discount:
· To clients who bring rugular repeat orders or large orders, please contact us for better quote.
Warranty:
· The frame is make of Aluminium which never rust and not easy broken if use under normal environments.
· We can offer you the accessories if there is any part missing or broken so that you can fix it yourself.
